CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How long does a pair of alohas espadrilles last?

Alohas are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. Espadrilles typically last about 90 days as they are truly a seasonal shoe. It’s the price you pay for their natural construction – a Jute Sole and cotton upper rather than rubber or plastic. We like to think it of it as part of their charm.

Are Alohas waterproof?

Alohas don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles. A damp sponge can help remove some dirt from the cotton upper.

How do i clean my Alohas?

A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton or leather upper of your Alohas. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

Where are Alohas manufactured?

Alohas are manufactured in our factories in Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards.

Alohas sandals come with a very relaxed feel and look. They are true to size, however like with all genuine leather products, they do tend to give with extended wear.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship to all over the world from our warehouse located in SPAIN.

** Please notice that some custom duties and fees may apply if you receive your package outside of the EU. We are not responsible for these fees. In case you reject to pay them, you will have to pay the costs generated at your country costumes so we can receive the package back, before we apply the refund.**

How long does delivery normally take?

  • Spain: 48-27h
  • Rest of Europe: 3-4 business days
  • Rest of the World:
    • Express: 4-5 days business days
    • Standard: 7-15 business days

Can there be delays?

Orders are dispatched on the same or next working day from our warehouse. We’re all then relying on the postal services to be on time – which they almost always are – but sometimes there can be unforeseen delays. We must allow a full 21 working days for the postal services to complete their delivery before we can process the order as “lost”.

My parcel hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

Once your order has left our premises, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number will then allow you to view the status of your order at all times.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

Please note that at this moment, we only accept exchanges using store credit. Follow the steps on the link below to return your Alohas Sandals, once we have received on our warehouse, we will issue store credit so you can get your desired pair.

RETURN POLICY

Please, follow the steps on the link below to return your Alohas Sandals, once we have received on our warehouse, we will refund your money to the original form of payment.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Defective - Broken Goods

In case your order is defective or broken please contact us at the form with the option "Defective Product"

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the form.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
